About Doktr
Doktr is an innovative, digital service provider in healthcare, enabling video consultations between users and healthcare providers in an accessible, secure and user-friendly way. The teleconsultation platform was launched by Proximus at the end of May '21 and is distinguished by extreme ease of use for both doctor and patient. Since March 2022, health insurance funds Mutualité Chrétienne/Christelijke Mutualiteit and Solidaris have been putting their weight behind Doktr to contribute to the development of a future-oriented hybrid care model.
Doktr's ambition is to improve access to healthcare by focusing on technology and prevention. The app now has more than 227,000 downloads and 64,000 registered users. The user-friendliness of the app is reflected in positive app store ratings and a 94% satisfaction score.
