Proximus offers free calls and texts to Türkiye and Syria to facilitate the communication with victims of the earthquake
The Proximus community would like to express its deepest sympathy with the victims of the earthquake in Türkiye and Syria. Touched by the devastating images of the disaster, the management has decided to react and support all customers who have friends and family in these countries.
There are no words to describe the horrible situation of the people in the affected areas and the fear their families and friends in Belgium are going through. In a similar situation, nothing is more important than the ability to check on your loved ones. Therefore, Proximus wants to support communication between people in Belgium and their families and friends in Türkiye and Syria as much as possible.
That's why Proximus has decided to make mobile and fixed calls and text messages from Belgium to Türkiye and Syria free of charge for all customers for the entire month of February. This will apply for all three residential brands, Proximus, Scarlet and Mobile Vikings.
