Anne-Sophie Lotgering, Proximus’ Enterprise IT Services & Segments Lead, has decided to give a new turn to her career

Proximus Group announces that Anne-Sophie Lotgering, Enterprise IT Services & Segments Lead of Proximus and Managing Director of Proximus NXT IT, has decided to leave the company today to take on a new challenge with a global provider of digital business and technology services.

Ms. Lotgering joined the Proximus Group in 2020 after a successful international career in the Telecommunications, ICT and Energy industries.

Over the last years, together with her team, she strengthened the leading position of the Group as trusted digital partner for enterprise customers in the Benelux. With the launch of the Proximus NXT brand in 2023, and the integration of the B2B IT activities into the Proximus NXT IT affiliate last year, she played a key role in shaping the next chapter of the enterprise business.

Driven by the ambition to provide integrated IT and telecommunications services with tangible and lasting business outcomes for customers, Ms. Lotgering positioned Proximus NXT at the forefront of domains like Cybersecurity, (Sovereign) cloud, Data & AI and many others. Recent significant deals, including the contract for the modernization of NATO’s IT infrastructure and the SECaaS 2 frame agreement around cybersecurity managed services with the Belgian Federal Government, illustrate how this strategy is paying off.

Ms. Lotgering will leave the Group today. The search process for her replacement has been initiated. Fabrice De Windt, currently serving as Strategic Accounts Services Practice Lead within the Proximus NXT IT organization, has agreed to take up the role on an ad interim basis.

Together with the Board and my colleagues from the Proximus Leadership Squad, I would like to thank Anne-Sophie for her major contributions to the successful execution of the Group's strategy over the last five years. Her unwavering customer-centric mindset has been instrumental in driving our success. We wish her all the best in the next chapter of her career. I would also like to express my confidence in Fabrice De Windt and the team to guide the organization during this transition period, while the search for a new leader for Proximus NXT IT and the Enterprise IT Services & Segments organization is ongoing.
