What justifies this processing activity?  

The legitimate interest of Proximus to ensure the person registering is entitled to register and receive feedback on support tickets related to the supplier account to which he/she is subscribing.
 

How long will Proximus keep these data? 

Personal data will be stored up until ten years after the end of the relationship with the Supplier to which the user is linked.

Data subject rights
