Belgian municipalities give Proximus an A+ satisfaction score
Proximus developed the Roadworks and Sidewalks (RoSi) program to improve cooperation with local governments and manage its own infrastructure works more efficiently.
The program is evaluated annually in a survey, which measures the satisfaction of local governments with the public works and daily cooperation with Proximus. The results of the RoSi survey show that we improved in three areas:
- communication with municipalities and citizens
- coordination of works in the public domain
- quality and safety of works
For 2015, local governments gave Proximus' infrastructure works a satisfaction score of 91%. In the first survey conducted in 2011, this was 66%. This remarkable increase shows that the importance of the customer experience is not lost on Proximus.
RoSi is now also available to local governments as an Engage Pack, a cost-effective all-in solution including the mobile work-site application "My City App". This app allows you to monitor and manage the works on municipal property in a simple way.
