Ms. Donatienne Goemans became a member of the Proximus Leadership Squad in January 2026, as Customer Operations Lead.

Ms. Goemans started her career at Boston Consulting Group. She joined Proximus in 2019 and has since then held different leadership positions, including Managing Director for Scarlet, before becoming the lead for Proximus Operations in July 2024.

Ms. Goemans holds a master's degree in business engineering from ULB University (Solvay Business School).
