Ms. Fiona Lam is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Proximus Group since 1st September 2026.

Ms. Lam has more than 20 years of international experience in finance, audit and risk management. She started her career at Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong and subsequently held various financial executive positions at Philips Lighting. In 2017, she was appointed CFO of Punch Powertrain, followed by the role of CFO at Neways Electronics International in 2022. Before joining Proximus, she was CFO and member of the Executive Committee of Agfa-Gevaert Group since 2024.

Ms. Lam holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph (Canada), an MBA specialized in Finance from the University of Greenwich (United Kingdom) and an Executive Master of Finance and Controlling from Maastricht University (The Netherlands). She is fluent in English, Dutch, Mandarin and Cantonese.
