Emmanuèle Attout
Independent director
Emmanuèle Attout is the founder and managing director of Investea SRL, her management company through which she provides advisory services.
She previously had a career at PwC from 1981 to 2014, becoming Partner in 1994. As Audit Partner, she was responsible for external audits in a large number of companies across various sectors, both locally and internationally.
She is an independent director and chair of the audit committee at Atenor NV, Eurocommercial Properties NV, and AG Insurance NV, and also serves as independent director at Schréder NV. In the past, she held mandates at Bridgestone Europe NV, Oxurion NV, and Toutes à l’école Belgique vzw. She is co-founder of Women on Board.
Emmanuèle Attout holds a Licentiate in Applied Economic Sciences from the Université Catholique de Louvain.
