Muriel De Lathouwer is independent Board member of multiple large international corporate groups (Euronext group, IBA and Etex), both listed and family owned, and active in the innovation and deep tech technology start-up ecosystem. Passionate leader with successful track record of developing and delivering turn-around and growth strategy as CEO, CxO and senior advisor.

Her senior executive experience includes: CEO of EVS (global leader of live video production systems), CMO of BASE and Associate Principal at McKinsey.

As non-executive, she has gained experience as member of the board of listed companies (CFE, Shurgard, EVS) and family owned companies (Etex, Olympia group) with global or European footprint. She is also member of the investment committees of W.IN.G (both digital and deep tech) and Amerigo, and advisory board member of Next Day Sustainable Holding and until 2025 chairwoman of the board of ImpacTheo (economic development of research of ULB university).

She holds a degree in civil engineering in nuclear physics, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Additionally, she holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the INSEAD in Paris.
